Returns and Exchanges

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, and this defect or damage is reported to us within 15 days of the day you receive your item. Contact us at mike_rashelle@yahoo.com before sending returns back to us. 

For items that are damaged or defective, we may ask that you send us pictures of the damaged or defective item or we may ask that you ship the item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected (or we've received and inspected the picture you sent), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process. If you’ve waited several days and have double checked and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note that we do allow exchanges in some circumstances, but it's difficult for us to eat the cost of them because we’re a small company and we don’t do the high volume of big box retailers. The buyer is responsible for return shipping for the exchanged item and shipping for the new item. 

Custom and / or personalized items are charged a 25% restocking fee for exchanges because we aren't able to resell the item.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

How We Ship Our Products
Unless we've come to an agreement with the customer prior to an order being placed, all orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL or a carrier of our choice.
